Philippines Is Miss Elegance, According To Global Beauties

In Global Beauties' website, Miss Philippines Anna Theresa Licaros is singled out as the most elegant and poised candidate for this year's Miss Universe currently held in Mexico.It goes this way: "* Miss Elegance - If there was a "Miss Elegance" title, the winner would probably be Miss Philippines. Attending fancy dinner parties, walking on the streets of Mexico or playing the piano, Anna Theresa Licaros' posture and poise are always irreproachable. She will certainly score high in the evening gown competition!"
But what is ironical is that she's not even included on its list of Global Beauties' 22 hot favorites as of this time. Leading the list are candidates from Venezuela, Tanzania, Greece, Japan and USA.
Philippines won Miss Photogenic in Miss Universe 2005 and 2006 consecutively. Will the country win again this year? However, Global Beauties has its own list of this year's Miss Photogenic, and sadly, Philippines isn't one of them. GB picked 16 Miss Photogenic potential and they are Misses Albania, Angola, Egypt, Greece, India, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Tanzania and Venezuela.
