One of the 9 Pinoy Transformers, Rustom Padilla has to ignore ridiculous posts about him because he has been recognized again as one of the nominees for the 2007 Gawad Urian to be held sometime in September. It's actually Rustom's third Best Actor nomination. He was previously nominated for Zsa Zsa Zaturnah in Golden Screen, and in Gawad Tanglaw, where Rustom won the Best Male Lead.
Now that Rustom Padilla is openly gay, his acting ability is being recognized, unlike before, when he was still a sought-after hunk, his talent was not in full-blown and underestimated. His only recognition was a Best New TV Personality award from the PMPC Star Awards.
