MISTER PHILIPPINES 2007 WINNERS AND TITLEHOLDERS
From Left: Carsten Ertel of Germany (2nd Runner Up), Nino Sazon of Canada (Mister Philippines - International Man 2007), Ian Porlayagan of Nueva Ecija (Mister Philippines International 2007), Michael Raymond Lim of Manila (Mister Philippines Expoworld 2007 and Michael Koegel of Germany (1st Runner Up).
Ian Leonel Gacusan Porlayagan of Nueva Ecija won as Mister Philippines International 2007. He's 22 years old, stands 5'11" and will represent Philippines in the 2007 Mister International in Mexico City, Mexico.
As I featured here days ago, Ian Porlayagan was a frontrunner in the pageant and it's his most awaited chance, after losing in Mr. World Philippines 2007 last February.
As expected, former Men of Provoq member Michael Raymond Lim snatched one major title, same with Fil-Canadian Nino Sazon who was a member of the disbanded all-male trio 604. Two Filipino-German representatives, who I suppose are the youngest among the contestants, made it to the top as 1st and 2nd Runners up.
Unfortunately, Ginoong Filipinas 2007 Denver Olivarez a.k.a. Dennis Barrion failed to bag another title. Ginoong Filipinas 2007 3rd Runner Up Genesis Cabrillas also went home with nothing but the experience of being one of the candidates for the 1st Mister Philippines.
