Carlo Guevara of Pasay City can no longer be called "Anonymous."

After becoming the grand winner of Be Bench / The Model Search during a special show entitled Bench Beyond 20: the Grand Finals Night at the Araneta Coliseum Tuesday, Carlo Guevara will soon grace some of the billboards of the popular Bench and endorse its world-class products, a prize he actually shares with the female grand winner Regine Angeles.

Though I prefer Ron Morales to win over Carlo Guevara (if that is to be objective), I've said before that the three grand finalists were already the best. Carlo was my early favorite after all.

Concentrating on Carlo's strongest points, he's got the admiration of many, he's well-loved, very charming and best represents a Filipino teenager turning into a young adult. I have no objection of Carlo's victory, because he still deserves it.

Carlo and Regine each won a management contract with Star Magic, a modelling contract with Bench other than the 15-month supply of Bench clothers, STI scholarschip worth P250,000 and a house and lot.

Congratulations Carlo and keep on winning!
