Former Philippine President and movie hero Joseph "Erap" Estrada was today found guilty of plunder and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Erap faced the Sandiganbayan, seemed ready and prepared for the verdict.

This sets another first in the Philippines, as Joseph Ejercito becomes the very first Philippine President to be convicted of a crime.
