Lawrence Gutierrez, who recently joined in the recently concluded Be Bench / The Model Search using the screen name Lawrence "LA" Fariñas is now with GMA Artist Center as one of its 15 newest discoveries.
Good decision for Lawrence to change his name 'coz the Gutierrez surname brings more appeal to him, especially that it links him more to the famous Gutierrez, Richard, Raymond and Ruffa, who are actually his cousins.

In Be Bench / The Model Search, Lawrence was one of the search's Top 30 Finalists launched during its telecast on ABS-CBN in July, 2007. He failed to be included in the Hot List of 12.
So, is Lawrence's inclusion in the GMA Artist Center his much awaited break? It's still something to watch out for.

Sobra na man makapanglait yung mga iba diyan wala lang cguro kayong magawa sa buhay nio. Baguhan pa lang yung tao sa showbiz tinitira nio na agad. That is so mean! Sisikat pa siya and and I believe that he's gonna make it.
