In the Philippines, Jennylyn Mercado is the first celebrity to be confirmed pregnant this 2008, while in Hollywood, it's Golden Compass star Nicole Kidman.

Though it's not as surprising as that of Jennylyn, Nicole's pregnancy is still regarded as one big news especially that it's going to be first baby with husband Keith Urban, whom she married in 2006.

Though she already has two adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, it's definitely her first BIOLOGICAL baby.

The news has been confirmed on the entertainment TV serties Extra yesterday, January 07, 2008.

For this year, Nicole has two upcoming movies entitled Australia and The Reader.
