For the second consecutive year, Oprah Winfrey has topped the 2008 list of Most Powerful/Influential Celebrities as released by Forbes Magazine on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
Most popularly known as The Celebrity 100, the said annual ranking is based on the celebrities' earnings and fame.
Sport superstar Tiger Woods still falls behind Oprah, just like last year.
Pop icon Madonna dropped from #3 to #21 while Beyonce Knowles has emerged from nowhere to a significant 4th place, making her as the highest climber this year.
From #4 in 2007, the 'Rolling Stones' is gone from the list.
Among the young superstars, Miley Cyrus is the clear leader, moving ahead of Daniel Radcliffe, the Jonas Brothers, Ashley Tisdale and Zac Efron.
After their successful comeback last year, the 'Spice Girls' is back on the list.
