'T2' conquers 'Holy Weekend' with P28 Million

Star Cinema's T2 reportedly drew an estimated 28 million pesos during its first two days, April 11 and 12.
Those first two days were the last two days of 2009 Holy Week, the Black Saturday and Easter Sunday.
According to the report from ABS-CBN's SNN Showbiz News Ngayon last night, T2 had 15 million pesos during its opening day and 13 million pesos on the 2nd day.
T2 (Tenement 2) stars Maricel Soriano and is directed by Chito Roño, who's also behind the topgrossing horror movies of all-time Sukob and Feng Shui.
The movie is still showing and is expected to run for over a month. It may not surpass the earnings of this year's topgrosser You Changed My Life but it will definitely take 2nd spot in the Over-All Philippine Box Office for 2009.
