Sam Concepcion's official fan club Samsters is celebrating its 4th year today, October 9, 2009, and this month, it also marks Sam's 4th year to be named as the Top Celeb Cutie by Candy Magazine.

From 2006 to 2009, that's 4 consecutive years, Sam has been consistently voted the cutest of them all.

And to tell you, it's really very hard to be "consistently cute" but Sam could easily do that and will always be.

It's also an early birthday treat for Sam who's turning 17 this October 17th.

    hehhe no prob. happy anniversary sa inyo! i'm not an official member of samsters, but I've always been a fan of sam c.

    met him during his show with Christian Bautista at the shangri-la in 2007 and he was so adorable then.
