The last batch of Miss Earth 2009 candidates to take part in the swimsuit preliminary competition competed last night, November 12, at Misibis Beach Resort in Albay.
Twenty-six (26) Group 2 candidates competed and they were Misses Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Chinese Taipei, England, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Italy, Jamaica, Kenya, Korea, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Panama, Serbia, Slovak Republic, South Sudan, Sweden, Turkey, Turks & Caicos, USA and Wales.
The Top 5 Best in Swimsuit from Group 2 were Misses Canada, Malaysia, Philippines, Turks & Caicos and USA.
They will now join the 10 other finalists from Groups 1 and 3 in the final round of the swimsuit competition which will be held tomorrow, November 14, at the Fontana Leisure Park & Casino in Pampanga.
