As predicted, Manny Pacquiao from the Philippines won over Ghana's Joshua Clottey during a 12-round fight at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Texas, USA on Saturday, March 13 (Sunday, March 14 in the Philippines).
It was actually one boring fight as Pacquiao owned all the 12 rounds.
Clottey was most of the time defensive and submissive to Pacquiao but luckily, he didn't up in a knockout.
Pacquiao might have won this fight and defended his WBO World Welterweight title but he failed to add another "knockout" win in his record. His last 4 fights prior to Clottey were all "knockout" victories.
Manny's new record now is 51 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws (with 38 knockouts) while Clottey now has 35 wins, 4 losses with 20 knockout victories.
