The 30 contestants for the Ginoong Filipinas 2010 pageant have been named.And among them is 19-year-old Cargean Racho (photo), who already competed in Mr. Expo-World Philippines 2008 and recently won in the Ilocandia Bikini Open 2010.
Cargean stands 5'10" and hails from Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
