Ryan is America's boyfriend for 3 years now. He's a filmmaker who directs the July 30 film "The Dry Land", which stars America Ferrera, Wilmer Valderrama, Melissa Leo and Ryan O'Nan.

Last May 2008, America and Ryan were already rumored as engaged when the actress was seen wearing a diamond ring, believed to be the two's engagement ring. But the rumor wasn't true.

And after two years, America was spotted again sporting a diamond ring lately (is it still the old diamond ring?) at the Edinburgh Film Festival in Scotland.

But this time around, it has been confirmed by America's camp to PEOPLE that she and Ryan are indeed getting married.
