The Miss Universe 2010 Preliminary Show will have a live streaming at Ustream.tv.It's happening August 19, 6PM, at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. (That's August 20, 9AM, in Manila. Am I right?).

The Miss Universe 2010 Preliminary Show will have 2 parts: the Swimsuit Presentation and the Evening Gown Presentation.
The candidates' scores in the swimsuit and the evening gown prelims will be added to their scores during the closed-door preliminary interview which was held yesterday.
The 15 highest combined scores will be the Miss Universe 2010 Top 15 semifinalists which will be announced during the finals on August 23.
The Preliminary Show is an important part of the pageant because for sure, our list of favorites will be shaken and have a major change.
I remember last year, Miss Kosovo Marigona Dragusha wasn't a big favorite during the early part of the pageant, but after her great performance during the prelims, she immediately became a huge favorite. Miss Kosovo eventually placed as 2nd Runner Up during the finals.
