Good news peeps! September 10, 2010 is a holiday in the Philippines.President Noynoy Aquino has signed Proclamation No. 26 declaring September 10, 2010, which marks the end of Ramadan (Eid-Al-Fitr) for the Muslim people, as a regular non-working holiday.
