"Twilight" hottie Kellan Lutz is a cover guy again for Men's Health magazine this January 2011, but this time it's for Men's Health in Italy.

Kellan opted not to go shirtless on his Italian cover unlike on his previous covers:

It's just so amazing that Kellan Lutz is covering Men's Health magazine from 3 countries in just 5 months. Wow! He must be the most physically-fit and healthiest guy in the world.

I hope Men's Health Philippines would be next for him.
