The 7th USTv Students' Choice Awards Night has just been held earlier at the UST's Plaza Mayor. The 2011 USTv Awards was dubbed as the Quadricentennial edition in celebration of the university's 400th anniversary.
ABS-CBN (including its affiliates) was the big winner winning a total of 15 trophies including the Best Actor award for Coco Martin and Best Actress for Angelica Panganiban.
Coco was there while Angelica unfortunately wasn't around to receive the award.
On Twitter, Angelica revealed that she just came from Bali, Indonesia. "Grabe naman!! Salamat USTv awards!! Kakarating ko lang from Bali. Nanalo na pala ko."
The hit 2010 teleserye "Agua Bendita" won as Students' Choice for Local Soap Opera and its lead star Andi Eigenmann was the one who accepted the award.
GMA 7 on one hand received 7 honors while TV5 had 1.
