Survivor USA Season 25 premieres September 2012 and will feature Caramoan, Philippines as its location.
As announced last Sunday on Survivor: One World (US version, Season 24), the 25th Season of this hit reality show in the US will be titled Survivor: Philippines.
CBS, the network which airs Survivor in the US, has released Monday a preview (teaser trailer) for Survivor: Philippines, which was shot in the very beautiful Caramoan Islands, Province of Camarines Sur.

So exciting! Survivor: Philippines will have 24 castaways, to be divided into 3 tribes: "Kalabaw", "Matsing" and "Tandang" which are Filipino (Tagalog) terms for carabao (or water buffalo), monkey and rooster respectively.
I think, as early as now, I'm already picking "Kalabaw" as my favorite tribe in Survivor: Philippines.
It's not to be confused with "Survivor Philippines", our own version which already had 4 seasons and was aired over GMA 7.
Before the Philippines, Survivor USA already filmed in 3 Asian countries during previous seasons: in Malaysia (Season 1), in Thailand (Season 5) and in China (Season 15).
Other international versions of Survivor already had Caramoan Islands as location before the US version did. And these are:
Survivor India (Season 1)
Koh-Lanta (in France, Season 8)
Survivor Srbija (in Serbia, Seasons 2 & 3)
Survivor 10 (in Israel, Seasons 3, 4 & 5)
Survivor Bulgaria (Season 4)
Expedition Robinson (in Sweden, Season 13)
Some tribes from those international versions were named: "Mindanao", "Kalinga", "Mayon", "Lapu Lapu", "Tinago", "Manobo", "Sama Sama", "Walo Walo", "Diwata", "Putong", "Kasuko", "Malaya" and "Sarimanok".
