Lee Min Ho and One Direction are the newest global endorsers of two popular clothing brands in the Philippines: Lee Min Ho for Bench and One Direction for Penshoppe.
Korean superstar Lee Min Ho, who's well known to us Pinoys for portraying Jun Pyo in "Boys Over Flowers" and Johnny in "City Hunter", has joined fellow Koreans, Dong Hae and Siwon of Super Junior, as Bench's global endorsers or what they call as #GlobalBenchsetters.
As Bench's newest endorser, Lee Min Ho is already set to visit the Philippines (finally!) for a "fun meet" on November 18, 2012, at SM North EDSA The Block Atrium (3pm), AT Glorietta 5 (5pm) and at SM Mall of Asia (7pm).
Aside from Lee Min Ho and the two Super Junior members, other Bench global endorsers include David Archuleta, Lucy Hale, Michael Trevino,
Adam Levine, Jessica Sanchez and Liam Hemsworth.
Meanwhile, Bench's closest competitor Penshoppe has also revealed recently its newest international ambassador, and it's the popular UK
group One Direction (singer of the worldwide hit "What Makes You
Beautiful").
The group, composed of Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, has also shared the good news to Filipino Directioners in a video greeting uploaded on Youtube yesterday.
"Mabuhay Philippines! We are One Direction and we are Team Penshoppe!," they said in the video.
No date yet for their visit to the Philippines, but I'm sure Penshoppe
will definitely bring them to the country, good enough to excite their Pinoy fans, including the Robredo Sisters, Aika, Patty and Jill, daughters of the late DILG Secretary Jessie Robredo.
"According to Dors, One Direction will be coming to Manila soon, hopefully for a concert (c/o Penshoppe). Confirm please?? If yes,
when?", Aika posted on Twitter, "I wanna watch!! Saka super fans sila
Patty and Jill. AS IN Hahaha."
Previously, Penshoppe has launched Ed Westwick, Mario
Maurer, Ian Somerhalder, Leighton Meester and most recently Zac Efron as its global endorsers. - www.mykiru.ph
