Yvan Lambatan, a former Pinoy Dream Academy scholar, was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation last night in Baguio City, ABS-CBN News Patrol has reported this morning.
In the said news flash aired during commercial break of the Tagalized Korean TV series "Two Wives", it was reported that Yvan Lambatan denied he owns the drugs in his possession and that he was just asked to carry them. (Not a good excuse!)
Baguio City Police said that they've been suspecting the ex-PDA scholar as a drug pusher since 2010.
If you're not too familiar with Yvan Lambatan, well he's the 24-year-old "young dad" from Baguio City on ABS-CBN's Pinoy Dream Academy Season 1 in 2006.
Yvan, now 30, finished 7th in the said reality talent show, just one step closer to being part of the grand finals.
Yeng Constantino, now a multi-awarded singer and composer, was named the winner (big dreamer) in that season of Pinoy Dream Academy, which also launched the music career of Jay-R Siaboc and Ronnie Liang, who finished 2nd and 3rd. (Where are these 2 guys now, by the way?) - www.mykiru.ph
