Typhoon Pablo (or Bopha) is now located 180 km. NorthWest of Roxas, Northern Palawan and is expected to be outside the Philippine
Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Friday evening, according to PAGASA's 11PM
bulletin Wednesday.
I hope 'Bagyon Pablo' leaves sooner than Friday evening, after hitting hard Visayas and Mindanao, and even Northern Palawan early this week, leaving 274
people dead, 279 still missing, based on the data provided by the
NDRMCC.
As of latest update, no more public storm warning signal is raised in VisMin areas, but not in Luzon's Palawan and Oriental Mindoro.
Signal #3 is still up in Northern Palawan and Calamian Group of
Islands, #2 in rest of Palawan and #1 in Oriental Mindoro. - www.mykiru.ph
