Sinulog Festival 2013 Grand Parade is taking place now, January 20, 2013, in Cebu City, with a record total of 142 contingents, consisting of 40 dance groups, 46 floats, 28 "higantes" and 28 puppeteers, before an estimated 1.4-million+ crowd.
Among the 46 floats at the Sinulog 2013 Grand Parade, which formally opened at 9AM today, are those floats from 3 major TV networks with their respective stars onboard.
