MYX Music Awards 2013 winners have been announced Wednesday night, March 20, 2013, at the Music Museum.
MYX Music Awards favorite Sarah Geronimo once again emerged victorious winning as Favorite Artist and for her song 'Bakit Pa Ba' as Favorite Remake.
Gloc-9 meanwhile won the most trophies, winning in 3 categories.
As expected, Daniel Padilla won as the Best New Artist, a well-deserved honor for this teen star whose debut album released last May reached gold status in less than a week and certified platinum in less than 3 months. As of Feb. 2013, it's now double platinum.
This year's highest honor, the MYX Magna Award, was given to Lea Salonga. She now joins the ranks of Sharon Cuneta, the Apo Hiking Society, Gary Valenciano, Eraserheads, Jose Marie Chan, Regine Velasquez and Ryan Cayabyab who have won same the past years.
