Chaeremon Basa and The Miss Tres have now advanced to Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 4 semi-finals, after they topped among the 1st batch of quarterfinalists who performed last night.
As announced during the Results Show earlier, Bacolod's 16-year-old Chaeremon Basa, who did a fire flairtending act last night, got the highest percentage of text votes, 28.09%, to easily advance as PGT Season 4 semi-finalist.
The next 2 highest viewers votes went to Taguig's Security and Escort Battalion Combo of the Philippine Army and Quezon City's gay singing trio The Miss Tres, who had to perform again and compete for the judges votes. In the end, all 3 judges (Kris Aquino, Ai-Ai delas Alas, Freddie M. Garcia) voted for The Miss Tres to be the 2nd semi-finalist, joining Chaeremon Basa.
Here's the results of the voting for the 1st Quarterfinals of PGT Season 4:

It was not revealed during the Results Night who between The Miss Tres and the Philippine Army Band got the 2nd place (24.61%) and the 3rd place (15.88%) in the voting.
But a day after, PGT revealed the official results via Twitter and it showed that the Philippine Army Band got the 2nd highest votes, while The Miss Tres was in 3rd. If only the judges knew this beforehand, for sure they would have picked the former. They've got big difference in the votes.
This Saturday, April 13, the 2nd batch of quarterfinalists will compete for 2 semi-final slots. They are:
Zilent Overload, blacklight dance crew from Manila with members age 23-30
Sinag Color Guards (SI-CO-GU), flag twirling group from Pasig City with members age 14-28
EYX Point, a trio of acrobats from Surigao age 20-28
Eumee Lyn Capile, 23-year-old singer from Valenzuela City
John Neil Roa, 12-year-old singer from Cebu City
Sundee Viñas, 28-year-old belly dancer with sword from Cebu City
