We bring to you the 20 men you have voted from Round 1 and Round 2 as the hottest in the Philippines the past year. And now, you decide in Round 3 (final round) who's the hottest of them all.
To find that out, we're going to do a "Rate Me" type of polls for each of the Top 20 men.
Take a look at each one of them and let us know if they're indeed hot or not by rating them in the poll beside each photo. (10.0 if he's On Fire, 9.5 if he's Smokin' Hot, 9.0 if he's Warm, 8.5 if he's Heating Up or 8.0 if he's Not Hot for you)
The poll will close 12 midnight on April 23, 2013.
The AVERAGE of your actual scores or ratings (and not the percentage) will determine the final ranking of the Top 20 and who will be named as the Hottest Man in the Philippines.
