Edward Benosa charms judge Sarah Geronimo on 'The Voice Philippines'

Edward Benosa charmed 'The Voice of the Philippines' coach-judge Sarah Geronimo as well as many female and gay viewers, not with his voice though, but with his strongly attractive looks.
For his audition shown on the 2nd episode of 'The Voice of the Philippines' aired Sunday, June 16, Edward Benosa performed
"It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars, a very difficult song to sing that he failed to please the judges' ears with it.
I think the judges already knew he's goodlooking because of the
extremely loud screams from the audience. And since it's "The Voice", and the judges don't really care about the face at this point, none of them turned their chairs before the end of his performance. Sayang!
Sarah Geronimo however couldn't hide her "kilig" or her slight "attraction" to Edward Benosa when it was time for the judges to turn around and see his
face. "Witweew!," Sarah remarked the moment she saw him.
Can't blame her. He is such a hottie, in the same level as Gerald Anderson and Rayver Cruz. Look at Edward Benosa's shirtless photo below!
Nice try Edward. Maybe the song choice killed his chances. If it was not 'The Voice Philippines', and let's say, it's Pilipinas Got Talent or X Factor, I'm sure he's going to make it all the way to the finals.
But at least, he "caught" Sarah Geronimo, and the fans who were responsible for putting him on Twitter's top trending topics in the Philippines.
In 2009, then 19-year-old Edward Benosa joined GMA 7's 'StarStruck V' and made it to the Top 20.
He was also once a Backroom artist under Boy Abunda, and is a close friend to indie veteran and Boy's discovery Arnold Reyes (photo below), who even accompanied him
during his audition on 'The Voice of the Philippines'. Oh sweet!

Aside from Edward, 7 other hopefuls were featured on tonight's episode. 4 of them (Miriam Manalo, Alden Asehan Jr, Ian Masaga, Abby Asistio) also failed to advance, while 3 passed and joined a team (Cora dela Cruz - Team Apl.de.Ap, Sawsan "Taw" Sammie Muhammed - Team Lea, Junji Arias - Team Sarah).
Since first day of blind auditions, Team Lea already has 3 members, Apl.De.Ap has 2 while Bamboo and Sarah each has 1.
