Miss International 2013 candidate, Miss Colombia Lorena Herminda, fell down the stairs on stage during the pageant's finale show Tuesday night, December 17, 2013, in Tokyo, Japan.
Miss Colombia was one of the Top 5 Finalists of the pageant and the fall happened right before her speech about what she would do if crowned Miss International 2013.
Wearing a very long red gown, the Miss Colombia tripped and fell while going down the stairs. She could hardly get up. Luckily though, she didn't roll down the stairs.
Feeling so embarassed, Miss Colombia was crying all throughout her speech. Or maybe she got hurt? I feel bad for her.
All Top 5 finalists, which also included the candidates from Hungary, the Netherlands, New Zealand and the Philippines were given same question.
In the end, Miss Colombia was not one of the Top 3 winners. Miss Philippines Bea Santiago was crowned Miss International 2013, while Miss Netherlands Nathalie Den Dekker and Miss New Zealand Casey Radley were the runners-up.
