Xian Lim, Kim Chiu and other stars of Star Cinema's "Bride For Rent" hit the red carpet last night, January 14, 2014, for the movie premiere at SM Megamall Cinema 7.
The hunky Xian Lim was lookin' great in his Edwin Tan outfit, while his "bride" Kim Chiu is so pretty and gorgeous in her gold Francis Libiran gown.
Fans waited for more than 3 hours just to get a glimpse at Kim and Xian, who walked the red carpet with the movie's director Mae Czarine Cruz. And that very moment they stepped out on the red carpet, defeaning screams erupted at the venue.
Feel sorry to those security officers who probably have just experienced the hardest part of their job ever. Controlling a crowd for a premiere night of a KimXi movie? That was one difficult task.
Fans who flocked to the premiere were those from fan clubs like Kim Chiu Global, KimNation, the Xianatics, Team FX (Friends of Xian Lim), KimXian Around The Globe (KATG) and even without Gerald Anderson, the Kimerald BAOs and Kimerald Forever fans in support of Kim. Also there were the Martinatics, fans of Martin del Rosario who's also part of the movie.
Other cast members who showed up were Dennis Padilla, Marlann Flores, Lloyd Zaragoza, Zeppi Borromeo, Empoy Marquez and Matt Evans.
Also spotted at the premiere to show support were beauty queens Ariella Arida, Bea Rose Santiago, Mutya Datul and Cindy Miranda, as well as teen star Ella Cruz, model-actor Lemuel Pelayo, singer Jed Madela and the ABS-CBN big bosses led by Madam Charo Santos-Concio.
And this one's the best photo of all from the premiere night: Xian Lim with the Chiu family (Kim's daddy is also wearing a checkered polo. Did Xian tell him to also wear same or the other way around?)
Graded B by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB), "Bride For Rent" opens in cinemas nationwide starting today, January 15, 2014, with a "PG" rating from the MTRCB (viewers below 13 years old can watch as long as they're accompanied by an adult).
Show some love to Kim and Xian. Go and watch the movie!
