Sam Concepcion has just been launched as the newest endorser of Korean restaurant Chef's Noodle. That calls for a celebration Samsters!!!
I was there at the Robinsons Magnolia branch of Korean restaurant Chef's Noodle to witness the media launch of its newest brand ambassador Sam Concepcion.
It was a great feeling seeing Sam Concepcion in person again after more than 7 years. The first time was in 2006 during a show with Christian Bautista at the EDSA Shangri-la Plaza when Sam was still a skinny, teen cutie (only 14).
Sam is now 21 years old, still a cutie but now lookin' hunky, as yummy as the Chef's Noodle foods served to us bloggers and media people.
Chef's Noodle Philippines' operations manager Nancy Go revealed to us that they picked Sam as its newest endorser, not only that he's a very talented rising star (he can sing, dance and act - all rolled into one), but also because he's got this young, cool and vibrant personality, perfectly capturing their brand.
Chef's Noodle is a famous go-to restaurant brand in South Korea and has been launched in the Philippines only in 2012. Sam now joins Grace Lee and newly-weds Lloyd Lee and Shamcey Supsup as the Philippine endorsers of the said Korean restaurant.
Other than in Robinsons Magnolia, Chef's Noodle also has branches at the University Mall in Taft Ave., Manila, Atlanta Center in San Juan, The Block of SM North EDSA in QC, Robinsons Place Malolos in Bulacan and soon in SM Megamall.
You can check out their website (www.chefsnoodlephils.com), FB Page (facebook.com/chefsnoodlephils) and Twitter account (@chefsnoodlephil) for more details.
Truly, 2014 is turning to be a big year for Sam Concepcion.
He's currently celebrating the 8th anniversary of his big win as Little Big Star grand champion on ABS-CBN. He won the contest April 8, 2006. (I've head the Samsters are now planning to celebrate their 8th anniversary as a fans club this month at one Chef's Noodle branch. That's a good idea!)
Sam is also well-loved by the viewers as the naughty Terrence Laurel in the hit and much talked-about Kapamilya primetime soap "Mirabella".
Tomorrow and the next day, he'll be performing in Gary V's "Arise" concert at the Big Dome, and soon, he will be having a major solo concert.
This has also been confirmed earlier. It will be held this October, and it's going to be a really big event, according to Stages and Trumpets President Audie Gemora who accompanied Sam at the media launch.
Congratulations Sam!

By the way, the Kapamilya star didn't escape PEP's question about his recent controversy with Anne Curtis. (Read: Anne Curtis and Sam Concepcion shouting incident did really happen, source confirms)
According to Sam, all is well now between him and Anne, and that he understands where Anne is coming from, just being a protective "ate" to Jasmine.
