American Idol 2014 Results: Down to the Final 4

As the Summer officially starts in the US, American Idol 2014 competition heats up even more as the finale draws so near - just 3 weeks away.
For May 1 elimination (May 2 in MLA), a BIG twist was revealed: the finalists were given the power to save their fellow finalist from being eliminated this week, but the consequence is...two will be eliminated next week.
In the end, the Top 5 however chose not to use the save. And so, one finalist was sent home, the cutie Sam Woolf. Useless twist, isn't it?
Advancing to the FINAL 4 are Caleb Johnson, Jena Irene (a wildcard finalist), Jessica Meuse and Alex Preston.
Sam Woolf was finally eliminated after getting saved by the judges during the Top 8 results. He has just proven that no finalist who got saved by the judges has ever won American Idol.
During Season 11, Jessica Sanchez almost won. She was also saved by the judges from elimination and eventually finished 1st Runner Up.
Of the remaining four finalists this season, I think my clear favorite to win now is Caleb Johnson.
