FIFA World Cup 2014 Round of 16 Results: June 28-July 1
Brazil and Colombia have advanced to the quarterfinals after winning in their respective matches during the 1st day of "Round of 16" stage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Brazil faced Chile in a match that ended 1-1, but Brazil won on penalties, 3-2.
Colombia meanwhile was the clear winner in its match against Uruguay, 0-2.
During Day 2, June 29, the matches were Netherlands vs Mexico, and Costa Rica vs Greece.
Based on live results, the Netherlands-Mexico match had Mexico scoring a goal, 0-1, at the 48th minute.
