The world is mourning the death of Hollywood actor Robin Williams (not Robbie Williams okay?!) who died Monday from a suspected suicide. He was was 63 (July 21, 1951-August 11, 2014).
Why do I have say it's not the 'She's The One' singer Robbie Williams? It's because some netizens got confused and they mistakenly thought it's the British singer Robbie Williams who died. That explains why Robbie Williams also trended worldwide on Twitter yesterday. (I'm sure he got an increase in music sales because of that confusion).
It's incredibly sad to hear the news about the sudden death of the well-loved Hollywood actor Robin Williams, who's suspected to have committed suicide.
TMZ has reported that Williams was having severe depression before his death Monday, when he was found unconscious in his North Carolina home. He was believed to have taken his own life by suicide due to asphyxia.
Asphyxia? How is that? Maybe, he covered his nose and mouth with anything so he can't breathe? As to how exactly it happened, that we don't know yet.
Anyway, this saddens many of his fans around the globe. I bet most actors and performers in the world look up to this legendary, iconic,
great comedy/drama actor. He was an acting genius!
People my age would probably best remember his name as the voice of Genie in the Disney hit 'Aladdin' and as Peter Pan in 'Hook'.
I was also able to watch his other films such as 'Dead Poets Society' (thru a film showing in our school), 'Mrs. Doubtfire', 'Bicentennial Man', "Night at the Museum" and in another voice role, for two 'Happy Feet' movies.
An Oscar winner, Williams won the Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor in 1997 for his role in 'Good Will Hunting'. He also earned Oscar Best Actor nominations 3 times (in 1987 for "Good Morning, Vietnam", in 1989 for "Dead Poets Society" and in 1991 for "The Fisher King").
Last February, Philip Seymour Hoffman, another great actor and Oscar winner, also died, but of combined drug intoxication. He was only 46. - Mykiru.ph

Robin Williams' last Instagram photo: a throwback picture of him while holding his then baby daughter Zelda Rae Williams, who recently turned 25 years old. Zelda is partly Pinay, one of the actor's 2 children with ex-wife Fil-Am Marsha Garces. He also has a child with his first wife Valerie Velardi.
