Shaina Magdayao and Angelica Panganiban may have been "warring" through the years
'That Thing Called Tadhana' star Angelica Panganiban made shocking revelations during her Gandang Gabi Vice guesting with John Prats last Sunday, Feb 8, 2015. According to her, she might have caused the breakup of her boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao in 2012.
Whether it was a joke or not, it sparked controversy anew involving Angelica, John Lloyd and Shaina since it was actually Angelica who was rumored then to have caused the breakup of the two.
Angelica was kinda bullish to Shaina in the said GGV episode when she admitted that she and John Prats once bashed Shaina and Lloydie, after Shaina broke up with John P allegedly for John Lloyd.
"In fairness no, si Shaina, ano kaya nararamdaman? Best friend ko (John Prats), tapos dyowa nya dati. Ako ang nagwagi," Angelica further said.
I appreciate Angelica's honesty, but I think it was unnecessary for her to reveal that. She was tactless, and it's causing more damage now than good to her image. On one hand, I feel sorry for Shaina, 'coz Angelica is now just making fun of her after having Shaina's 2 exes in her life now.
Two of the most popular child stars in the late 90's and early 2000s, I assume they used to be childhood friends, but grew up not liking each other. Their rivalry may have been existing even before the 2 John(s) came in the picture.

I remember, there was also this unconfirmed feud that broke out during their teeny days, involving Shaina and Bea Alonzo, and the group of Angelica, Heart Evangelista and Roxanne Guinoo.
Shaina meanwhile is just taking this latest issue lightly by not reacting in an interview, and instead just posted a meaningful message
on Instagram, which many believe is her response to Angelica's revelations on GGV.
