The fight between the Philippines' Manny Pacquiao and the USA's Floyd Mayweather Jr is finally happening at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 2, 2015
Floyd Mayweather Jr officially confirmed the fight Friday, February 20, 2015, (Feb 21 morning PH time, while Manny Pacquiao and most Filipinos were still sleeping) via the Mayweather-promoted selfie app SHOTS, by sharing a picture of the signed contract of his fight with Manny Pacquiao.
Manny Pacquiao himself already broke the news via his Twitter page about 4 hours ago, following Mayweather's confirmation of the fight, and he is dedicating the fight to his countrymen, and promised to win it for the Philippines
So you guys better save money this early or might as well get a ticket already before it gets sold out. Tickets are oh so expensive. The highest-priced ticket is $26,277 (P1.16-million) and the lowest is $3,413 (P150k). Oooooh my God!!! Too high. And the live streaming on Pay-Per-View for sure is also going to be very expensive.
