Krisel Mallari's graduation speech exposes school's cheating scandal (viral video)

Krisel Mallari is the girl in the viral video which shows a student delivering graduation speech as the Class Salutatorian, but was interrupted by her school officials.
The video was uploaded by a certain "Jose Rizal" in Youtube, then it circulated on social media, made it to national news headlines and now it has over 2 million views.
In the said video, which also has the full transcript of the speech in the video description, Krisel Mallari was delivering an "unapproved" speech which supposedly meant to expose the cheating scandal that happened in her school causing her to place 2nd only (Salutatorian), but she just started her speech and before she revealed anything, she was already stopped by the school's teacher and the principal.
In her speech, Krisel said she will soon take BS Accountancy for her college degree at the University of Santo Tomas (UST). Supposedly the closing part of her speech was: "Let me finish this in style and say my last words in the vernacular language of the world. I am Krisel Mallari, a Filipino citizen who would rather choose to fail with honor, than win by cheating. Adios."
But she was unable to say those 'coz she was already interrupted on the first few lines of her speech.
