American Idol 2015 (Season 14) Top 7 finalists are revealed.
On "American Idol" Results Show Wednesday night, April 8, 2015 (Apr 9 morning PH time), the Top 8 contestants become Top 7, as one of them got eliminated and was sent home packing, the one who failed to get the "Twitter Save".
Yeah, thru this Idol Fan Save, American Idol voters saved one of the Bottom 2 from elimination by voting live via Twitter. Last week, it was Rayvon Owen who got saved by Twitter users while cutie Daniel Seavey was eliminated to the shock of many.
This week, who among Clark Beckham, Qaasim Middleton, Nick Fradiani, Rayvon Owen, Quentin Alexander, Jax, Joey Cook and Tyanna Jones advanced to the Top 7 and performed a Billboard Hot 100 song? Who got voted off?
Here's the results... Not as shocking as last week.
Jax - SAFE, performed Lady Gaga's 'Poker Face'
Nick - SAFE, performed 'Teenage Dream'
Quentin - SAFE, performed 'Latch'
Joey - SAFE, performed Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball'
Clark - SAFE, performed 'Make It Rain'
Tyanna - SAFE, performed 'Make It Rain'
Rayvon - BOTTOM 2, performed Adele's 'Set Fire To The Rain' for the Idol Fan Save
Qaasim - BOTTOM 2, performed 'Hey Ya!' for the Idol Fan Save
After 5 minutes of Twitter voting, Rayvon Owen once again got the Twitter Save, while Qaasim, who got the Judges Save during Top 11, wasn't saved this time by Twitter voters.
It was also announced that only the Top 5 finalists of American Idol Season 14 (and not the usual Top 10) will join the 'Idol' live tour this Summer. - Mykiru.ph
