SEA Games 2015 Philippine Team: Claire Adorna wins GOLD, Volcanoes undefeated at Rugby 7's

The Philippine team finally won its very 1st gold at the 28th SEA Games 2015 in Singapore. Thanks to triathlete Claire Adorna who won in the Triathlon Women's Individual Final held this morning at the East Coast Park.
With a time of 2:13:08, 21-year-old Ma. Claire Adorna crossed the finish line first and won the Gold Medal. She was followed by Marion Kim Mangrobang, also from the Philippines, who was just a second
behind, 2:14:26, winning Silver. The Bronze Medal was won by Sanruthai Arunsiri of Thailand, finishing 8 seconds behind, with a time of 2:22:08.
As of 11PM today, the Philippines already has a total of 10 medals (1 gold, 5 silver and 8 bronze), but is only ranking 6th in the medal tally / standings, behind host nation Singapore (17G, 11S, 17B), Vietnam (13G, 3S, 11B), Thailand (10G, 14S, 14B), Indonesia (8G, 8S, 7G) and Malaysia (3G, 4S, 5B).
