Kim Chiu will soon be exercising her right to vote after she personally appeared at one COMELEC satellite registration booth.
This morning, October 27, 2015, 4 days before the voters registration deadline, popular actress Kim Chiu, who was looking so beautiful in a sexy belly-button-exposing white top and blue jeans, went to a major shopping mall to register as voter for the 2016 Philippine Elections.
The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has a satellite registration booth there as well as in other malls nationwide accomodating new registrations and biometrics validation as part of its "No Bio, No Vote" campaign.
