With 4 movies having a combined total of 38 nominations in 15 categories, producer Star Cinema took home a total of 8 FAMAS trophies, including the Best Actor / Actress awards for Daniel Padilla and Angelica Panganiban. (SEE FAMAS Awards 2017 Nominees List)

As for Angelica, it was already her 3rd time to win at the FAMAS Awards, her first time as FAMAS Best Actress. She previously won as FAMAS Best Supporting Actress for 'Segunda Mano' in 2012 and as FAMAS Best Child Actress for 'Separada' in 1995.
Maine Mendoza meanwhile was the German Moreno Youth Achievement Awardee, shared with fellow Kapusto star Ivan Dorschner. Before this, she was also honored as Dangal ng Kabataan at the 19th PASADO Awards and among the Anak TV Makabata Stars for 2017.
