#PGTGrandWinner is Kristel de Catalina, a spiral pole dancer, winning over 9 other grand finalists during the grand finals dubbed as "The Greatest Showdown" held earlier at the Bren Z. Guiao Sports Complex and Convention Center in Pampanga.
With almost-perfect 99.67% combined percentage (50% from public votes + 49.67% from judges' scores), the single mom emerged as PGT Season 6 grand winner, taking home P2-million cash and a vacation package.
Finishing 2nd were wheelchair dance duo Julius & Rhea, while ranking 3rd was Joven Olvido, a comedian tricycle driver from Sta. Cruz, Laguna, whose grand finals performance garnered the most Youtube views.
Kristel becomes the first woman in a solo act to win on Pilipinas Got Talent.
Previously, PGT winners were male (from Season 1 to 4) and a duo involving a man and woman (Season 5).
